Italian delicacies- Italian bread
Olive oil is an inseparable ingredient of Italian cuisine and Italian
cuisine is something which is cherished due to its high food value.
There is a fundamental similarity and difference between French bread
and Italian bread. Both might look similar but the Italian one is much
softer. It contains a tinge of olive oil and other dairy products which
would make things very convenient for people especially those who want
to enjoy a soft slice. It is not crispy since the bread is brushed with
water before being put inside the oven.

The oven is the place where bread is prepared and oven is the place
where the exact conditioning of the bread can be done. The basic
ingredients of Italian bread are same as that of any other bread which
is available in the market. The basic components include flour, yeast,
sugar and water. The dough is prepared using all these components and
essence is added at times in order to generate a taste which would be
enough to impress any palate. The dough is then completely covered by a
plastic cover; a well greased container is absolutely necessary since it
would help it grow in size.
Dry milk and malt powder needs to be added along with the flour to
prepare the rest of the dough. The dough cannot be easily prepared since
the ingredients have to be added in proportion. The proportion in which
the ingredients are mixed is very important since minor differences in
proportion would yield negative results. The baking process must
continue for a period of about 20 minutes since proper baking would not
render the particular flavor along with the right flavor. Water spraying
the dough is very important too since the water spraying would ensure
the softness of the bread. This is one character of Italian bread which
cannot be compromised with under any circumstances.

Various type of wheat is being used for the preparation of Italian
bread and Italian bread is known for its special softness and taste.
Turin is a place in Italy which is famous for its bread sticks and this
is one dish which has gained popularity around the world. Flat bread is

from which the origin of pizza has started. A total of around 350 bread
types originated in Italy and today at least 250 varieties are available
in the market. Hence this number can never be regarded as to less with
respect to any other bread producing country. Different provinces of
Italy have different styles of preparing bread and bread manufacturing

of their diet. A traditional Italian diet would consist of a loaf of
bread and any social occasion would not be complete without the
